Mobilogy, a Cellebrite Company is looking for an R&D project manager who has an End-to end responsibility for Tier 1 regional customers.
In this position you will set and manage customer expectations and delivery; Develop lasting relationships with customers; Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. You will also continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen the relationships and build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
R&D project manager will be responsible for Mobilogy tier 1 regional customers, managing new requirements, developments, deployments and delivery.
Build and maintain a trusted, cooperative relationship with internal and external partners both for specific projects as well as being their primary interface to Engineering on an ongoing basis
Manage customer relations, understand business needs and manage customer expectations within company needs
Serve as R&D contact for the customer
The project manager will be the gate for R&D activities, acting as an escalation focal point for the region.
Apply technical skills to all programs and projects to improve performance
Responsible for communicating technical and functional requirements with customers, R&D, QA, product management and R&D management.
Manage R&D delivery and development projects.
Define and enforce processes within the organization, effectively apply Mobilogy methodology and enforces project standards.
Experience and qualification
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/Computer science or equivalent – Must.
At least 7 years proven experience working as outbound project manager working directly with customers.
Technical oriented with a profound background and understanding of R&D development
Excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Working with Mobile device manufacturers or tier 1 operators – significant advantage
