Mobilogy is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist. The primary job duty of the Inside-sales specialist is to track and follow-up on leads received to the Company. A rigorous attention to detail and outstanding phone and email follow-up are required. The vast majority of work will be done by phone and by email with considerable verbal and written correspondence with prospects.
Maintain the customer database and seek for renewal / upgrade opportunities.
Qualify leads, source and develop client referrals.
Make sales cold calls to new clients.
Follow up on opportunities.
Negotiate with clients.
Make commercial proposals.
Update sales systems regularly.
Maintain sales activity records and reports regularly.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships.
Experience and qualification
At least 3 years of experience in Inside-sales.
A polished approach to IS with minimal supervision.
Proven track record in successful conversions.
Ability to gather information from the Internet regarding potential customers.
Proven successful sales experience.
Academic background related to Sales/business – Advantage.
Capable of taking control of sales inquiries via different sales channels.
Strong sales skills.
High-level of English.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP – Advantage.
Additional languages are an advantage, German specifically.
Efficient and organized.
Excellent phone personality.
Ability to work and communicate with potential customers from all around the region.
