Inside Sales Specialist (JB – 604) – Israel

Job Description
Mobilogy is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist. The primary job duty of the Inside-sales specialist is to track and follow-up on leads received to the Company. A rigorous attention to detail and outstanding phone and email follow-up are required. The vast majority of work will be done by phone and by email with considerable verbal and written correspondence with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leads.
  • Maintain the customer database and seek for renewal / upgrade opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, source and develop client referrals.
  • Make sales cold calls to new clients.
  • Follow up on opportunities.
  • Negotiate with clients.
  • Make commercial proposals.
  • Update sales systems regularly.
  • Maintain sales activity records and reports regularly.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships.
Experience and qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Inside-sales.
  • A polished approach to IS with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record in successful conversions.
  • Ability to gather information from the Internet regarding potential customers.
  • Proven successful sales experience.
  • Academic background related to Sales/business – Advantage.
  • Capable of taking control of sales inquiries via different sales channels.
 Skills
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • High-level of English.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP – Advantage.
  • Additional languages are an advantage, German specifically.
  • Efficient and organized.
  • Excellent phone personality.
  • Ability to work and communicate with potential customers from all around the region.
