Global Sales Operation Manager – (JB – 605) – Israel

Job Description
Mobilogy, a global leader in Mobile Lifecycle solutions, is seeking to hire a Global sales operations manager role. The Sales Operations team oversees core business processes including pipeline tracking and quoting, order management, logistics and RMA, billing, licensing and collection. Sales Operations supports the Sales team, and collaborates with Product Management, finance, production, customer support & Success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Management and overall responsibility for the Sales Operations team, in charge of the Full Order Management cycle: issuing quotes from CRM, processing orders and invoices from ERP system, Collection, Shipping and Handling and being the Customers’ focal point for all operational issues.
  • Maintain the Company’s Commercial Guidelines, track and review deal pricing, payment and shipping terms. Highlight and escalate deviations from guidelines and identify commercial risks.
  • Salesforce CRM business owner:
    • Define effective opportunity tracking and quoting processes.
    • Oversee sales forecasting, dashboards and reports.
    • Create, implement and maintain user guides and all Sales Operation process documentation.
    • Establish & implement Installed base tracking mechanism, oversee renewal opportunities and enforce the company’s licensing process.
    • Take part in design and implementation of enhanced sales platforms including eCommerce and licensing.
    • Define & implement sales related KPIs, build dashboard in Salesforce and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform routine forecast calls with sales team.
  • Oversee logistics processes, including HW demand and manufacturing orders, RMAs, freight and courier budgets.
  • Liaison with product management on product pricing, maintain global and customer specific Price Lists. Managing Distributors Agreements & enforce renewals.
  • Oversee customer collection, manage AR aging review and take action to reduce overdue AR.
  • Ensure business conduct in compliance with internal processes and SOX regulation.
Experience and Qualification
  • At least five years of Sales Operations Team Management/ matrix management experience in a global high-tech company.
  • Systems knowledge: Salesforce CRM – Must. NetSuite or other ERP an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, ability to analyze large data sets and present data in a meaningful manner.
Required Skills
  • Academic degree – Must.
  • Logistic company background – an advantage.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal; Additional languages – an advantage.
  • Strong willingness to face complex situations.
  • Team player.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and ability to multitask.
