Admin & HR Coordinator – (JB-570) – Israel

Job Description
Mobilogy is looking for a passionate and people –person Admin & HR Coordinator with excellent execution skills and service oriented experience, to join our dynamic HR team. In this position you will be responsible for providing our company and its employees with comprehensive support in admin, travel coordination and HR welfare activities.
The job includes:
  • Assist in managing HR welfare and social events, such as: company events,
    holiday toasts, employee welfare and recognition as well as team activities
  • Support managers and employees in training coordination & budget
    management
  • Travel coordination – flights, hotels, guest visits
  • Manage schedules, coordinate conference meetings, off-sites and events
  • Handle business expenses and travel returns
  • Reporting to Mobilogy’s HR Director
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative roles in global high-tech companies
  • Experience in supporting HR activities – an advantage
  • B.A in Behavioral Science – an advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A multitask person and a team player
